Parking your real estate license (also known as hanging your license or putting your inactive real estate license on ice) means affiliating your Tennessee real estate license with our brokerage without actively working as a full-time Realtor®. With our real estate license parking service, you are not required to join a local board, Tennessee Realtors (TR), or the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and you do not have to pay MLS dues or association fees. This allows licensed agents to maintain their real estate agent license in Tennessee while avoiding the high costs associated with being an active MLS member.
